RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any physical product purchased directly from our website, you may return it within thirty (30) days of delivery. For products from the EMF Harmonizer range, you may return it within fourty-five (45) days of delivery.

If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us at office@mariediamond.com within five (5) days of delivery so we may assist in resolving the issue.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (or 45 days of delivery for EMF Harmonizer products).

Email office@mariediamond.com with your order number and a description of your return or exchange request.

Include a copy of the original packing slip with the product.
Ship the item to the address indicated on the shipping label.

When mailing your return, please obtain a tracking number.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Upon sending us a photo of your postage receipt and tracking number to office@mariediamond.com, along with the name of the shipping carrier and tracking number), your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days.

Payments for in-person seminars are refundable up to one (1) week prior to the scheduled event date, subject to a USD $100 administrative fee.

Payments for in-person retreats are refundable up to one (1) month prior to the scheduled retreat date, subject to a USD $500 administrative fee.

Payments for online programs are refundable within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. After this period, all payments become non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your program, you may contact us to request an exchange for another product or service.

For all refund or exchange requests, please email office@mariediamond.com with your order number and details regarding your request.

Payments for consulting and mentoring services are refundable up to one (1) week prior to the scheduled commencement date of the first session, subject to an administrative fee.

For services priced under USD $2,000, a USD $100 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

For services priced USD $2,000 or above, a USD $500 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once the consulting or mentoring services have commenced, all payments become non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for any portion of the services already scheduled or delivered.
